4 cups all purpose gluten free flour
1 cup almond meal
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 ½ cups buttermilk
- Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C). Lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, stir together all purpose gluten free flour, almond meal, gluten free rolled oats, baking soda and salt. Gently mix in the buttermilk. Pour into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 30 to 45 minutes.
- Serve warm with butter.
Hint: Green food coloring can be added when mixing for a festive St. Patrick’s Day touch.
